Original Recipe Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Mission® 12" Red Sundried Tomato Basil Wrap (18802)  
2 oz. White Albacore Tuna in water, drained 
1/2 Tbsp. Lite Mayonnaise  
1/2 cup Field Greens (Mesclun Salad) 
1/2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar  
2 Tbsp. Hard Boiled Eggs , medium dice 
4 Green Beans , blanched 
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper , julienne 
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper , julienne 
2 Tbsp. Roma Tomatoes , small dice 

DIRECTIONS

1.) Cut Mission® 12” Sundried Tomato Basil Wrap in half.

2.) Warm half of the tortilla for serving.

3.) Evenly combine tuna and mayonnaise. Reserve.

4.) Toss greens with vinegar.

5.) Place greens on center of wrap.

6.) Top with tuna fish.

7.) Top tuna fish with egg, green beans, bell peppers and tomatoes.

8.) With the rounded wrap side facing you (straight end at the top) fold the bottom quarter of the wrap upwards, roll the right side edge over and across to the left side, creating an open ended wrap.

9.) Serve.
