INGREDIENTS

1 Mission® 6" Pressed Mazina™ Tortilla (08042)  
3 oz.  Eggs Omelet 
1 oz. Smoky Black Bean Salsa  (see Related Recipe) 
1 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese , shredded 
1 oz. Mission® Pre-cut Unfried Tri-Color Tortilla Strips (04931) , prepared 

DIRECTIONS

1.) Heat Mission® Mazina™ Tortilla and place on work surface.

2.) Place omelet in center of tortilla.

3.) Top omelet with salsa, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and Mission® Pre-cut Unfried Tri-Color Tortilla Strips.

4.) Fold ends over and roll tortilla to close.

5.) Place in Panini and grill until golden brown.

6.) Cut in half to serve.
