20 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
2 oz. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Allspice Berries
2 Anise Seeds
.5 Tbsp. Whole Clove
1 stick Cinnamon
2 heads Red Cabbage
1.) Heat the vinegar and the spices in a sauce pan. Remove from heat.
2.) Add the red cabbage and steep for 30 minutes.
