INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 each  Avocados , peeled and seeded 
3 1/2 tsp.  Lime Juice  
1 2/3 cups  Sour Cream  
1 2/3 tsp.  Cumin  
4 3/4 Tbsp.  Cilantro , minced 

DIRECTIONS

1.) In a stand mixer combine all ingredients and whip on medium speed for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Reserve.
