Ingredients
- 6 each 12" Chipotle Chile Wrap (10253)
- Spicy Jerk Chicken Mixture
- 24 oz. Shredded Pepperjack Cheese
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray, to coat
Directions
- For 1 quesadilla: Pre-Heat flat top griddle to 350°F.
- Heat a Mission® Chipotle Chile Wrap according to package instructions, and then lay on a work surface, place and spread 4 oz of the Spicy Jerk Chicken on one half of the wrap. Top with 4 oz. of shredded Pepperjack, fold to form a half moon.
- Lightly spray the griddle with non-stick spray and toast quesadilla for 2-2 ½ minutes per side, or until golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside. Cut into quarters and serve.
- Repeat for remaining quesadillas. Enjoy.
