6 oz. Black Figs Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Minced Shallots
4 oz. Dried Dates , pitted and chopped
2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
.5 tsp. Ground Cumin
2 oz. Juiced Lemons
.25 Tbsp. Turmeric
.25 tsp. Chile Powder
4 oz. Grape Seed Oil
2 Granny Smith Apples , seeded and chopped
1.) Combine the vinegar and dates in a food processor. With machine running, slowly add the oil until emulsifisied.
2.) Add apples. Toss and set aside.
