1/4 cup Lime Juice
3 Green Onions , minced
5 cloves Garlic , minced
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro , stemmed and chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
