3 oz. Olive Oil
4 tsp. Garlic , minced
28 oz. Canned San Marzano® Tomatoes , crushed
1/3 cup Fresh Basil , chiffonade
Salt and Pepper to taste
1.) Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet.
2.) Sauté garlic until it just starts to brown. Add tomatoes and basil and let simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
3.) Season to taste with salt and pepper. Hold warm.
