5 Tbsp. Minced Lemongrass
2 1/2 tsp. Minced Ginger
1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. Chopped Mint
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. Ponzu Sauce
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
5 tsp. Minced Shallots
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. Honey
1 1/4 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 cups Canola Oil
1.) Combine the first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
2.) Slowly add the Canola oil while whisking to emulsify the dressing.
