2 lbs. Top Sirloin Steaks Strips
2 oz. (¼ cup) Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. (¼ oz.) Minced Fresh Thyme
3 Tbsp. (¼) Minced Fresh Oregano
3 Tbsp. (½ oz.) Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Salt
1.) Combine the Sirloin strips with the remaining ingredients. Let marinate for a minimum of two hours.
