INGREDIENTS

1 oz.  Shallots , minced 
1 oz. Dijon Mustard  
1 oz.  Honey  
 Salt and Pepper to taste  
2 fl. oz.  Olive Oil  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Combine shallots, mustard, honey, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified. Reserve for assembly.
