INGREDIENTS

1 Mission® 12" Heat Pressed Flour Tortilla (10430)  
2 1/2 oz. Mexican Rice , heated 
30 oz. Precooked Southwestern Flavored Beef Strips, heated 
1 1/2 oz. Roasted Bell Peppers & Onion Medley, heated 
3/4 oz. Chipotle Mayonnaise  
1 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese , shredded 
1/2 oz. Ortega Chile , chopped 
1/2 oz.  Salsa  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Heat Mission® Flour Tortillas in steam cabinet, flat grill or microwave until softened and warm.

2.) Fill with remaining ingredients. Fold in sides of the tortilla, then fold forward. Serve.
