1 1/2 oz. Melted Butter
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 oz. Light Corn Syrup
2 1/2 cups Gelato Ice Cream - any fruit flavor
1.) Preheat oven to 450°F.
2.) Brush tortillas with butter.
3.) Mix together the lemon zest and corn syrup and brush over butter.
4.) Cut tortillas into even wedges and bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with gelato ice cream.
