INGREDIENTS

4 Mission® 12" Garlic Herb Wraps (10252)  
8 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing  
12 oz.  Sauerkraut  
8 oz.  Pastrami , thinly sliced 
16 slices Swiss Cheese  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Lightly warm tortillas and place on clean work surface.

2.) Evenly spread 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing over each tortilla, leaving 1” from the edges.

3.) Evenly spread 3 oz. sauerkraut over the dressing on each tortilla.

4.) Top sauerkraut on each tortilla with 2 oz. pastrami.

5.) Top pastrami on each tortilla with 4 slices Swiss cheese.

6.) Place wrap, open faced, under broiler for 1 minute to melt cheese and lightly heat/toast ingredients.

7.) Remove melted wrap from broiler. Fold tortilla in half, then half again. Serve. Can be served with garnish of zucchini slaw.
