INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz. (1/2 cup) Flat Leaf Parsley  
3/4 oz. (1/2 cup) Cilantro  
2 1/4 oz. (1/3 cup) Lemon Juice  
3/5 oz. (2 Tbs.) Chopped Garlic  
2 tsp.  Paprika  
1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin  
1 1/2 tsp.  Salt  
1/4 tsp.  Cayenne Pepper Sauce  
3 1/2 oz. (1/2 cup) Olive Oil  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Place the first 8 ingredients into a food processor.

2.) With the processor running, slowly add the olive oil to emulsify the sauce.
