18 oz. (4 cups) Precooked Yukon Potatoes , chopped
5 oz. (1.33 cups) Spanish Chorizo or Portuguese Linguica Sausages , chopped
1 Tbsp. (2 cloves) Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
