6 cups Chickpeas , rinsed, drained
6 Tbsp. Chives , chopped
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme , chopped
3 Tbsp. Fresh Tarragon , chopped
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
6 Oranges Orange Zest
3 Lemons Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1.) Combine all ingredients and let marinate under refrigeration overnight.
