INGREDIENTS

1 cup Plain Yogurt  
.5 large  Cucumber , peeled and diced 
2 Tbsp. Chopped Mint Leaves 
.25 tsp. Ground Cumin  
.25 tsp.  Sugar  
.25 tsp.  Paprika  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Combine all ingredients except paprika and refrigerate.

2.) Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika just before serving.
