1 tsp. Tamari Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Red Chili Pepper Hot Sauce
1 tsp. Fresh Garlic , minced
2.75 oz. Flank Steaks (or any very lean cut of steak)
1.) Rub ingredients on steak.
2.) Grill steak to medium-rare.
3.) Let rest two minutes then slice cross-grain into thin slices.
