3/4 lb. Tomatillos , papery skins removed
1 each Jalapeño , small , stemmed , seeded
2 tsp. Lime Juice , fresh
3 Tbsp. Cilantro , chopped
1/4 cup Onion , diced
Sea Salt , to taste
