1 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Parsley
1 Tbsp. Cumin , ground
1 Tbsp. Coriander , ground
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon , ground

2 oz. Shallots , roughly chopped
2 each Jalapeño , seeded, stemmed
1 each Serrano Pepper , seeded, stemmed
2 oz. plus 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic , peeled
Salt , to taste
