1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
3 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
3 Tbsp. Scallions , sliced
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic , peeled, minced
