8 oz. Mascarpone Cheese
4 oz. Cream Cheese
2 oz. Orange Blossom Honey
2 oz. Confectioner's Sugar
2 oz. Crushed Pistachios , toasted
1.) Place mascarpone, cream cheese, honey and confectioner's sugar in a mixing bowl with paddle attachment and beat on medium speed until honey is combined throughout.
2.) Fold in pistachio nuts.
3.) Label, date and refrigerate.
