Original Recipe Serves 12

INGREDIENTS

1 Mission 12" Flour Tortilla   
3.5 oz. (3 1/2 cups) Cardamom Spiced Basmati Rice (see recipe)   
7 oz. (1 cup) Moroccan Eggplant (see recipe)   
0.5 oz. (8 Leaves) Spinach   
1.5 oz. (1/2 cup) Feta Cheese crumbles   

DIRECTIONS

1.) Heat wrap until warm and pliable. Fill with remaining ingredients. Fold in sides, then fold forward to seal. Place on preheated grill to make grill marks. Serve.
