2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
1 small Yellow Onion , chopped
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper , chopped
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper , chopped
1/3 cup Almond Slivers
2 tsp. Chile Powder
2 tsp. ground Cumin
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Oregano Leaves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
pinch ground Clove
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
2 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
2/3 cup Golden Raisins
2 Hard Boiled Eggs , chopped
1/4 cup Pimiento Stuffed Olive , chopped
1.) Heat oil in a pot over medium high heat. Sauté onion and bell peppers for two minutes. Add almonds and sauté for 3 minutes. Add all spices and tomato paste and sauté until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
2.) Add ground beef and crumble. When meat is almost fully cooked, add tomato sauce and raisins and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After mixture has thickened remove from heat. Add eggs and olives, stir to combine.
