1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Garlic , minced
1 cup Yellow Onion , minced
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
2 cups Plum Juice
1/2 cup All Natural Cherry Juice
1/2 cup Dried Plums
1.) Heat olive oil in sauce pot over medium heat.
2.) Add garlic, onions, dried plums and light brown sugar. Deglaze pan with plum and cherry juices. Reduced by ½.
3.) Remove from heat and cool completely.
