12 oz. vol. Tomatoes , chopped
4 oz. vol. white Onions , chopped
1 oz. vol. Vegetable Oil
2 each Fresh Garlic Cloves
1/2 oz. vol. Jalapenos , seeds removed
1 Tbsp. Fresh Oregano , chopped
1/4 tsp. kosher Salt
1.) Toss tomatoes, onions, oil, garlic and jalapenos together in a mixing bowl.
2.) Lay onto a small sheet pan and place in broiler approximately 10 minutes or until lightly charred on edges.
3.) Remove from oven and place in a blender.
4.) Add oregano and salt and blend until smooth.
5.) Label, Date and Refrigerate.
