INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb.  Chickpeas , drained, rinsed 
1/2 cup  Olive Oil  
1 Tbsp.  Tahini  
2 cloves  Garlic , peeled 
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp.  Ras el Hanout 
1 Tbsp.  Lemon Juice  
 Salt , to taste 

DIRECTIONS

1.) Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Reserve refrigerated.
