1/4 cup Onion , white , chopped
1/4 cup Green Onion , chopped
2 Tbsp. Celery , chopped
1 Tbsp. Garlic , chopped
1 Tbsp. Ginger Root , grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. Creole Mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parsley Leaves , chopped
1 tsp. Capers
1/4 tsp. Cayanne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
