2 qts. Pomegranates Juice
12 oz. Chopped Rhubarb
3 oz. Honey
1.5 cups Champagne Vinegar
1.5 cups Grape Seed Oil
1.) Add pomegranate juice, rhubarb and honey in pot and reduce by one-third. Consistency should be similar to warm caramel.
2.) Strain and chill.
