2 cups Uncle Ben's® Saffron Infused Rice
3 1/2 cups Water
1/4 cup Butter
1.) Bring water, rice and butter to a boil.
2.) Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Stir occasionally.
3.) Remove from heat and cover.
4.) Transfer to serving pan and keep warm until ready to use.
