7 Tbsp. Flour
18 3/4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese , shredded
2 1/3 cups Whole Milk
2/3 cup Salt
1.) In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, combine butter and flour and make a roux. Add cheese, milk and salt; turn down to medium-low heat. Stir periodically until cheese is melted. Reserve warm.
