1 each Mission 6” Pressed Mazina Tortilla
.6 oz. Avocado (mashed with olive oil)
.6 oz. Imitation Crab Salad
3 tsp. Fresh Jalapeño (small dice)
3 tsp. Shredded Carrots
3/4 tsp. Wasabi sauce (store bought)
3 tsp. Crunchy Onion (store bought)
As needed Egg Wash
1.) Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2.) Using a 2” round cookie cutter, cut the Mazina tortilla into 3 small circles.
3.) Brush egg wash all over the tortilla circles
4.) Bake for 15 minutes
5.) Once baked and cooled, top each tostada with 0.2 oz of avocado mash, 0.2 oz of crab salad, 1 tsp of chopped jalapeños, 1 tsp of shredded carrots, ¼ tsp of wasabi sauce and finally 1 tsp of crunchy onions
