Consumers are craving snacks from mid-morning through late night and want everything from smaller, shareable portions and healthier options to creative, flavor-filled fare. With a little inspiration you can cross utilize ingredients or add a few additions to easily step up your snack menu.

  • Green Chile Chicken Snack Wrap

    Fried popcorn chicken pieces tossed in roasted green chile salsa verde and layered with shredded iceberg lettuce, grated Colby Jack cheese and fresh, diced tomatoes in a warm Mission® 10" Flour Tortilla.

  • Spicy Caribbean Chicken Quesadillas 

    A heated Mission® 12" Chipotle Chile Wrap spread with spicy jerk chicken, roasted red bell peppers, fresh pineapple and cilantro, topped with shredded pepper jack cheese, folded into a quesadilla that’s toasted on each side and cut into quarters.


  • Mediterranean Veggie Pinwheels

    A warm Mission® Spinach Herb Wrap spread with roasted red bell pepper hummus, topped with red wine vinaigrette marinated vegetables and sprinkled with toasted and salted sunflower seeds and crumbled feta cheese. All rolled into a tight wrap and cut into eight pinwheels.


  • Wild Mushroom Tostadas

    A mixture of three different mushrooms are minced and cooked with shallots and garlic before they’re spread over a crisp Mission® Yellow Corn Tortilla and topped with green salad dressed with aged Sherry Vinaigrette. All finished with crumbled Farmer’s cheese and batons of warm smoked ham.


  • Crab Taquitos with Avocado-Grapefruit Relish

    Lump crabmeat, spicy chilies and herbs combined with house-made Cumin-Lime Aioli rolled into taquitos using Mission® Yellow Corn Tortillas and fried until crisp. All served over a relish made with fresh chipped avocado, Florida grapefruit, cilantro and shallots.

  • Flautas de las Americas

    Mission® 4.5” White Corn Tortillas rolled into a cigar shaped cylinder, fried, and topped with seasoned Argentinian Chimichurri flavor shredded meat.

  • Tortilla Crab Cake Sliders

    Thick, bite size crab cakes are sandwiched on both top and bottom to the same size circular cut outs of Mission® 6" Stretched Style Flour Tortillas. Then sides are rolled in panko bread crumbs and deep fried until heated through and crispy-golden on the outside

  • Steak and Potato Kabobs

    One inch squares of sirloin steak are breaded in crushed Mission® Pre-Fried Yellow Round Tortilla Chips, then alternated on a skewer with red potato wedges, then deep fried and served up tasty.

  • Sweet and Spicy Bar Mix

    Mission® Pre-Cut Unfried Red Corn Tortilla Strips are fried and tossed with spicy Buffalo seasoning and combined with honey roasted peanuts, roasted pepitas, sweet golden raisins, and salty corn nuts.
