INGREDIENTS

1 Mission® 12" Garlic Herb Wrap (10252)  
2 tsp. Spicy Dijon Mustard  
6 oz. Prepared Corned Beef Hash  
1 oz. Colby/Jack Cheese , shredded 
2 Whole Eggs  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Lightly warm Mission® Garlic Herb Wrap and place on clean work surface.

2.) Spread mustard evenly over the middle/center of the tortilla.

3.) Top mustard with hot corned beef hash.

4.) Top hash with cheese.

5.) Top cheese with two eggs, cooked over hard (or to your liking).

6.) Fold the tortilla into a square, slice in half and serve hot.
