Pesto Chicken Pot Pie Burrito

INGREDIENTS

1 Mission® 12" Garlic Herb Wrap (10252)  
8 oz. Prepared Chicken Pot Pie Mix, heated 
1 oz. Basil Pesto  
1 Tbsp.  Scallion , sliced 

DIRECTIONS

1.) Evenly combine pot pie mix and pesto. Reserve hot.

2.) Lightly warm Mission® Garlic Herb Wrap and place on clean work surface.

3.) Fill middle/center of tortilla with six ounces of pesto chicken pot pie mix. Roll tortilla burrito style.

4.) Bake tortilla in 350° F oven for two minutes.

5.) Remove burrito from oven, plate and top with additional two ounces of pesto chicken pot pie mix. Garnish with chopped scallion. Serve hot.
