Original Recipe Serves 10

INGREDIENTS

10 Mission® 6" Heat Pressed Flour Tortillas (10400)  
4 oz.  Bacon cooked, chopped 
9 oz.  Grapes , halved 
7 oz. Mandarin Oranges , drained and cut into thirds 
3 oz.  Celery , diced 
4 oz.  Mayonnaise  
10 oz.  Tuna , canned in water, drained 
2 oz.  Mangos Chutney 
3 oz. Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce Leaves, halved 

DIRECTIONS

1.) Heat Mission® flour tortillas in steam cabinet, flat grill or microwave until softened and warm.

2.) Combine bacon, grapes, oranges, celery, mayonnaise, tuna and mango chutney and stir until well incorporated.

3.) Place tuna mixture on one half of the tortilla and top with lettuce, fold in half, then fold again to form a sandwich pocket.
