- 4 Oz. Mission 6 Cut White Unfried Chips (10854), fried
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Black beans, cooked, warmed
- 1/2 cup Sweet potatoes, diced, roasted
- 5 Each Pickled jalapeño slices
- 1/2 Each Avocado, sliced
- 3 As Needed Pickled red onions
- 1 Tbsp. Sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro leaves
- As Needed Lime wedges
Directions
- Plate tortilla chips and top evenly with shredded cheese. Place in a salamander or oven until melted.
- Top nachos with remaining ingredients and serve.
