Preparation
Corn Tortillas for Table Use
For best results, keep tortillas in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing tortillas near any source of heat, since heat shortens shelf life. Avoid piling up packages of tortillas to prevent crumbling and sticking. Keep partially used bags closed, as tortillas will tend to dry if left open.
For optimum performance, heating corn tortillas in the microwave or steam cabinet is not recommended.
