3 cups frozen Fried Chicken Bites or Tenders
6 Mission® 6" Yellow Corn Tortillas (10503)
1 cup Lettuce , shredded
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese , shredded
Southwest Sour Cream (see Related Recipe)
Salsa
1.) Heat oil in a pan or deep fat fryer to 365º F. Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel-lined surface.
2.) Place tortillas on plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat in microwave on high until soft, about 45 seconds.
3.) Fill tortillas with chicken, lettuce, cheese, seasoned sour cream and salsa. Serve.
