Ingredients: 3 Mission® 6" White Corn Tortillas (10600) , cut into 1/8 - 1/4" strips; 1 large Egg White

INGREDIENTS

3 Mission® 6" White Corn Tortillas (10600) , cut into 1/8 - 1/4" strips
1 large Egg White

DIRECTIONS

1.) Beat egg white in medium bowl until frothy, about 1 minute. Place tortillas in bowl and gently toss to coat evenly. Place a handful of tortillas in a medium-sized cupcake pan (3" diameter). Form the tortillas to resemble a bird nest. Place in oven and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove baskets from oven and allow to cool.
