INGREDIENTS

1 Mission® 6" Yellow Corn Tortilla (10503)
2 oz. Scrambed Eggs
1/2 oz. Cooked Bacon , chopped
3/4 oz. Cheddar Cheese
1/2 oz.  Sour Cream
1/2 oz. Pico de Gallo Salsa

DIRECTIONS

1.) Heat tortilla in steam cabinet, flat grill or microwave until softened and warm. Fill with remaining ingredients. Wrap and serve.
