INGREDIENTS

1 each Mission 12" Spinach Herb Wrap (10251)  
2 oz.  Hummus  
2.5 oz. Sauteed Mushrooms and Kale (plain salt and pepper) 
3.5 oz. Scrambled Eggs (plain salt and pepper) 
1 oz. Maple Glazed Sweet Potato  
1 oz.  Salsa (mild, pre-made) 

DIRECTIONS

1.) Warm your wrap

2.) Spread hummus on the middle of the wrap

3.) Followed by sauteed mushrooms and kale, scrambled eggs, sweet potatoes and finally salsa.

4.) Serve warm or choice to grill on panini press.
