Sundried Tomato Basil Cigar Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 Mission® 12" Red Sundried Tomato Basil Wrap (18802)  
1 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Aioli 
2 oz. Crispy Pancetta Bits 
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper  
3 oz. Goat Cheese  

DIRECTIONS

1.) Cut Mission® Sundried Tomato Basil Wrap in half to make half moon shape.

2.) Spread 1½ teaspoons of roasted garlic aioli on rounded side of each half moon.

3.) Spread 1 ounce of crispy pancetta bits, 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper and 1½ ounces of goat cheese on cut half of each half moon.

4.) Fold cut half over pancetta and goat cheese and tightly roll to close, making long cigar.

5.) Label, date and refrigerate.
