- 4 oz. Mission 6 Cut White Unfried Chips, fried
- 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Black Beans, cooked, warmed
- 1/2 cup Sweet Potatoes, diced, roasted
- 5 each Pickled Jalapeño Slices
- 1/2 each Avocado, sliced
- 3 As needed Pickled Red Onions
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro Leaves
- As needed Lime Wedges
Directions
- Plate tortilla chips and top evenly with shredded cheese. Place in a salamander or oven until melted.
- Top nachos with remaining ingredients and serve.
