2 Mission® 12" Chipotle Chile Wraps (10253)
1 small Zucchini , sliced
3/4 cup Ready Pac® shredded Carrot
1/2 cup Ready Pac® No Tears® Onion , diced
1/2 cup each, Red and Yellow Bell Pepper , thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil , chopped
1 cup Healthy Choice® Pizza Shreds
1.) Cook zucchini, carrots, onions and peppers in a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
2.) Stir basil to mix.
3.) Heat wrap.
4.) Layer ingredients leaving a 2" border.
5.) Sprinkle with cheese.
6.) Wrap, cut at an angle and serve warm.
